Zylup Terms of Use

Informational text for app and App Store use. It is not legal advice; you may review or expand it with a professional if needed.

These terms govern the use of Zylup, a habits and wellbeing application for iPhone developed by Javier Cholbi Pascual (KeryLab). By downloading or using Zylup you accept these terms.

1. The app

Zylup helps you follow habits and wellbeing through missions, energy logs and personal patterns. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional health advice.

2. No account and local storage

Zylup does not require creating an account on our servers. Progress, preferences and app data are stored only on your iPhone. In the current version there is no iCloud sync and no cloud backup of that data. How Health data is handled is described in the privacy policy.

3. Apple Health

If you grant permission, Zylup may read certain Apple Health data (steps, exercise, sleep) only on your iPhone, for app features. That data is not sent to our servers and is not synced with iCloud. You can revoke permission at any time in iOS Settings.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Purchases and subscriptions (e.g. Zylup Pro) are made through Apple. Billing, renewal and cancellation are managed with your Apple ID (Settings › Subscriptions). We do not store payment data.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Zylup lawfully and in line with these terms and applicable law. You must not reverse engineer, abuse or misuse the app or related services.

6. Intellectual property

Zylup, its brand, design and content belong to its developer or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app on iOS devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue Zylup features. Updates may be required to keep using the app. We will try to notify you of material changes when reasonable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zylup is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the app, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

9. Children

Zylup is not directed at children under 13.

10. Governing law

Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, these terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumer claims, the law of the user’s country of residence may apply when required.
